Conspire Requirements Specification/Profile

A regular profile displays the user's profile information, minus any information they have selected to hide. A full profile displays all the user's information including the hidden information (marked as such) to sysops under appropriate circumstances.
To non-sysops/programmers, if the system is configured for wholists with chopped hostnames or geographic From fields, the user's incoming domain or IP address is truncated for privacy reasons. Numeric IPs have the last octet truncated. Hostnames have at least the leftmost chunk truncated. (See Conspire Requirements Specification/Wholist for more details on hostname truncation.) If a sysop or programmer selects the full profile on a user, the full hostname or IP is revealed.
Users can perform full profiles on themselves.
